Grand County Building Department requires annual inspection of waste systems for select subdivisions. These inspections include septic system inspections and drinking water potability tests.
What do the Annual Inspections Include?
- Septic system inspection for functionality and environmental safety
- Understandable, easy to read final report of inspected and tested systems based on the observed data and accepted industry standards
- Potability water quality test for Total Coliform and E-coli Bacteria, Nitrate, Nitrite
